«Енергоатом» у рази завищив ціну димових сповіщувачів порівняно з Європою в кошторисах на 111 млн
АТ «НАЕК «Енергоатом» 25 квітня і 5 травня за результатами тендерів замовило ПрАТ «Юженергобуд» роботи із реконструкції на 110,68 млн грн. Про це повідомляється у системі «Прозорро».
Цьогоріч виконають модернізацію системи автоматичної пожежної сигналізації приміщень СНЕ (систем нормальної експлуатації) шляхом оснащення їх додатковими пожежними сповіщувачами. Назву АЕС приховали, ймовірно, з міркувань безпеки.
Роботи будуть оплачувати протягом пів року після їхнього виконання. Договірні ціни динамічні та не включають витрат на ризики й інфляцію. У кошториси була врахована середня зарплата робітника 32 000 грн. Це відповідає ринковій платні по Україні. Зокрема адресні димові пожежні сповіщувачі ALN-EN врахували по 16 070 грн/шт. На більшому тендері колір невідомий, на меншому – білий. В українських інтернет-магазинах їх не вдалось знайти. У Великій Британії магазин «Acorn Fire & Security» пропонує такі сповіщувачі по 26,35–37,66 фунтів стерлінгів без ПДВ, що дорівнює 1 461-2 088 грн за курсом НБУ на дату підписання більшого договору. Їхня ціна різниться залежно від кольору, відсутності чи наявності ізолятора короткого замикання та допуску до використання на суднах. Наприклад, вогнестійкий контрольний кабель КМРкЕН FRHF FE180/Eк30 2х1,5 на більшому тендері враховано по 141 грн/м. Компанія «Мережевi Актуальнi Рiшення» пропонує такий кабель від «Алай» вдвічі дешевше – по 65 грн/м, але без згадок про АЕС і ДІЯРУ та вказання класу гнучкості. «Алай» виготовляє його з різними класами гнучкості.
Також у кошторисі є вогнезахисні матеріали Pyro-Safe виробництва «svt Products GmbH» (Німеччина). Зокрема Flammoplast КS-1 враховано по 2 715 грн/кг, або 57,38 євро із ПДВ без доставки. Як уже писали «Наші гроші», польський інтернет-магазин «Firetech» продає його по 14,77 євро за кілограм без ПДВ і доставки. З урахуванням 20% українського податку ціна склала б 17,72 євро за кілограм без доставки. Тобто втричі дешевше від кошторисної ціни.

Торік фірмі віддали підряд щодо будівництва захисної споруди на станції за 600 млн грн, а минулого тижня – підряд на заміну високовольтного трансфоhматора вартістю 580 млн грн з прихованими цінами устаткування.
«Юженергобуд» записано на місцевого бізнесмена Матвія Ясеницького. Він та його рідня володіють іншими компаніями, що вже багато років отримують підряди ПАЕС. Наприклад, фірма дружини Анастасії Ясеницької «Енергопромбуд» під час вторгнення у 2023 році отримала підряд на поставку кабелів на 335 млн грн по вдвічі-втричі завищених цінах і мішків типу біг-бег на 31 млн грн для захисту від дронів та уламків по цінах, що в п’ять разів перевищували ринкові ціни.
З 2021 року ПАЕС очолював Ігор Полович. За даними місцевих ЗМІ, при переїзді в Миколаїв з попереднього місця роботи в системі «Енергоатома» в Києві він нібито оселився у будинку котеджного містечка Южноукраїнська. Будинок належить вищезгаданій Анастасії Ясеницькій, яка разом із чоловіком і отримувала підряди ПАЕС.
